The Mirelle Approach

Our work is quiet and intentional. There are no quick fixes or copy-paste templates—only a thoughtful process that invites students to reflect deeply and engage with their learning and higher education goals on their own terms.

Meet the Founder

Rosy Zhong is an educator, mentor, and life coach with over a decade of experience guiding students to grow with confidence, purpose, and intellectual curiosity. She has supported more than 50 students and families, many of whom have launched meaningful personal projects, earned competitive scholarships, and been admitted to top universities. 97% of her students have been admitted to one or more of their top-choice colleges — a testament to the power of authentic and intentional growth.

A Dartmouth graduate with a B.A. in Economics, Geography, and Education, Rosy integrates academic excellence with holistic personal development. Rather than focusing solely on college applications, she mentors students as they navigate school, identity, and long-term goals with initiative and confidence. Her approach is guided by the belief that when students are grounded in who they are, college and career success follow as the natural outcome of their journey.
